Important Instructions:

All requests must include an attached document identifying the association / entity, their VAT number, and a description of the requested. The document must be signed and, if possible, stamped.
Requests must be submitted at least 30 consecutive days before the event.
Glassware collection will take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (excluding public holidays), between 10am–12pm or 2pm–4pm, at the CRISAL Store, only after confirmation from the company.
The CRISAL | LCGlass logo or name may not be associated with the event, except in cases approved by the Communications Department: communication@lcglass.com
Items must be picked up within 10 business days after confirmation.
CRISAL reserves the right to deny item requests if information is missing or if stock is unavailable.
