CRISAL opens its doors to schools and the general public, offering a unique opportunity to experience the automated glass manufacturing process up close. 
During the tour, participants will attend a brief presentation on the company’s history, followed by a walkthrough of the production areas, observing every stage of the glass production process. 
Finally, there is also time to explore the factory store, featuring an exclusive selection of CRISAL’s products and from other partners.

Planning your visit
To ensure an organized and safe visit, the following criteria apply: 

Date, Time & Duration

  • Public Tours take place on pre-scheduled days and last approximately 90 minutes. 
  • Private tours take place in the morning, at 10:30 AM on fixed dates. 
  • In exceptional circumstances, visits may be canceled on the agreed date if anomalies occur that affect the normal operation of the facility and/or compromise safety control measures or the regular functioning of the company. 

Participants

  • Private groups, each group must have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 people. 
  • School groups, each group must have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 30 people. 
  • Access to the production area is permitted only for children aged 12 and over. 
  • Visitors under the age of 18, including school-organized visits, must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 

General Rules
General Rules During the Visit:

  • No photography, video, or audio recording allowed. 
  • Visitors must stay with the group and wear the provided personal protective equipment, follow all instructions from the guide and/ or staff. 
  • Eating and drinking are prohibited in production areas. 
  • Visitors must not touch or handle factory equipment.
  • Visitors must not enter unauthorized areas. 
  • Visitors must not block access or passageways used by staff.
  • Visitors must not dispose waste outside designated areas. 
  • Report any discomfort, nausea, or similar symptoms, immediately to the guide. 

Violation of Rules

  • Any breach of CRISAL's rules, whether related to image/video capture, safety and environment, behavior, or other regulations, may result in the immediate suspension of the visit.
  • CRISAL is not responsible for physical or material damage resulting from accidents caused by failure to comply with the rules or instructions given before or during the visit. 
  • Any damage to facilities or equipment by visitors, as well as any direct or indirect consequences is the responsibility of the visitor or institution. 

Emergencies Procedures
In case of emergency, the group must immediately and orderly evacuate the premises, following the evacuation instructions provided by the Visit Guide.

Important information:

  • All visit requests must be submitted at least 20 days in advance of the scheduled or desired dates.

  • Please indicate any special circumstances that could compromise the visit in its usual format or require special attention. 

  • The visit will only take place if confirmed by CRISAL and if the minimum number of participants is met.

  • Private visits are always held at 10:30.
